The Dental Admissions Test is commonly known as the DAT. This test is required for anyone who wishes to attend an optometry school. The DAT consists of 4 sections – Physical Sciences, Verbal Reasoning, Writing Section, and Biological Sciences. The DAT used to be a 8 hour written test but has recently switched over to a 5 hour test that is taken
on the computer. The cost to take the DAT is approximately $200.
Most students feel a lot of anxiety when thinking about taking the DAT. There is a lot of material on the DAT! A majority of the students taking the DAT need a review of the material since most students haven’t taken General Chemistry since their Freshman year and have forgotten a lot of the material. The average student spends from $300-2000 in preparation material for the DAT. We at Preoptflashcards.com feel that this should be much less, which is why we offer our DAT program for only $29.99.
Preoptflashcards.com is the perfect solution to get the concepts and material down to prepare you for the DAT! Try our program for free!
